If your first choice is not available, Taylor-Made Reservations will assign your second or third choice. All previously blocked rooms are now sold out. Rooms are available at those properties not marked SOLD OUT and other properties represented by Taylor-Made Reservations on a first-come first-booked basis, and at prevailing room rates. Rates are plus 12% State and local taxes. Written confirmations will be sent via e-mail within approximately 72 hours to the e-mail address provided. To verify receipt of your reservation form, you may call (401) 847-6820. The hotel will not have a record of your reservation until 30 days prior to your arrival. Also, anyone who has reserved a room or rooms for three nights cannot cancel one night of their stay. If less than three nights are needed, the room(s) must be cancelled in its entirety and we will find you alternate accommodations.

All Convention activities including educational programming and marketplace require the appropriate registration badge. Hotel reservations will be subject to Convention registration verification. CANCELLATION POLICIES Should you need to change or cancel your reservation, you must notify Taylor-Made Reservations at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations received within the 72-hour cancellation period will be assessed the amount equal to entire stay. Early departures will be charged for full stay at all hotels.   A $25.00 per room administrative fee applies for name changes, cancellations, early departures, and no-shows regardless of time of change/cancellation.
